1. Introduction

Asoro Automotive operates the Integrity Mobile Mechanic Service, connecting users with independent mobile mechanics who work as contractors.

2. Mechanics’ Liability

Independent mobile mechanics are solely responsible for any civil or criminal violations resulting from their services.

3. Warranty

Our warranty covers specific job failures within the agreed timeframe, provided that:

• The fault does not reoccur due to underlying causes not fixed
• The damage is not caused by the user

4. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Carefully review each job performed by mechanics
• Ensure mechanics do not drive their cars without them present
• Be present during repairs or record the vehicle’s condition and items before handover

5. Information Sharing

Users must inform Asoro Automotive of all relevant details before making agreements or decisions with mechanics. Failure to disclose information may result in void warranties, and Asoro Automotive may not be liable for issues arising from undisclosed information.
